28 December 1961, Mumbai. Addressing the sadhus during the morning discourse, Yogiji Mahārāj said, “If Vachanāmrut Gadhadā II-7 is perfected, then all Vachanāmruts are perfected.”

નિરૂપણ
તા. ૨૮/૧૨/૧૯૬૧, મુંબઈ. મંગળ પ્રવચનમાં સંતોને સંબોધતાં યોગીજી મહારાજ કહે, “વચનામૃત ગઢડા મધ્ય ૭ સિદ્ધ થયું તો બધાં થયાં. દરેકને ‘મન’ ગુરુ છે, તે કાઢી સંત ગુરુ કરવા. મન સાથે લડાઈ લેવી, તો છેલ્લો જન્મ થાય. સાંખ્યે કરીને જગતનાં સુખ જોઈ લેવાં કે સુખ ક્યાંય નથી. ભગવાન કે સંત કહે તેમ ન કરીએ તો અંતે દુઃખ આવે; ને કહે તેમ કરીએ તો શાંતિ, શાંતિ, શાંતિ. ભગવાન ને સંત દૃષ્ટિ કરે તો અખંડ કાંટો રહે.
“આપણે ભણીને તૈયાર થઈને સંપ્રદાય ઊજળો કરવો તે સેવા. કૃષ્ણચરણ સ્વામી મને કહેતા, ‘તમને શાસ્ત્રીજી મહારાજ ભણાવશે,’ પણ સ્વામી શાસ્ત્રીજી મહારાજ મને કહે, ‘તમારે તો મહારાજ ને સ્વામી બે રાખ્યા છે, તે બ્રહ્મવિદ્યા આવી જાય છે.’ ભગવાન અને સંત કહે તેમ કરવું. મનમાં ઝાંખપ ન રાખવી. આજ્ઞાથી જે કરીએ તે ખરી સેવા.”

December 28, 1961, Mumbai. Addressing the sādhus in the morning discourse, Yogiji Mahārāj said, “If Vachanāmrut Gadhadā II-7 is perfected, then all of them are perfected. Everyone’s guru is their own mind. We should expel the mind and make the Sant our guru. One can make this their last birth if they fight their mind. One should look at the pleasures of this world with sānkhya and realize that there is no happiness in this world. We will experience misery if we do not do as God and the Sant say. Conversely, if we do as they say, then we will experience eternal peace. One experiences constant ecstasy if God and the Sant look upon them with grace.
“Our sevā is to enhance the reputation of the sampradāy after completing our education. Krishnacharan Swāmi used to say to me, ‘Shāstriji Mahārāj will educate you.’ But Shāstriji Mahārāj said to me, ‘You have Mahārāj and Swāmi - this encompasses brahmavidyā.’ (Meaning, you (Yogiji Mahārāj) do not need any other education.) One should do as God and the Sant say, without feeling dispirited. True service is when it is done according to āgnā.”

નિરૂપણ
૨૫ જાન્યુઆરી ૧૯૬૪, મુંબઈ. સવારે વચનામૃત ગઢડા મધ્ય ૭, ગઢડા મધ્ય ૮ વંચાયાં તે પર યોગીજી મહારાજે વાત કરી, “સાધુતાના ગુણ એટલે ખમવું. કોઈ કુવખાણ કરે તો મનમાં ખુશ થવું. નિર્દોષબુદ્ધિ હોય તો જ સેવા થાય. તન, ધન યાહોમ કરી દે.”

January 25, 1964, Mumbai. After Vachanāmruts Gadhadā II-7 and Gadhadā II-8 were read in the morning, Yogiji Mahārāj explained, “A hallmark quality of a sadhu is to tolerate. One should be pleased when they are insulted. One can only perform true service if one regards everyone as free of flaws. One fully dedicates one’s mind and body.

નિરૂપણ
મે, ૧૯૬૧. ગોંડલમાં વાત થઈ, “સ્વભાવ આ લોકમાં મોટા સંત પાસે ટળે અથવા શ્વેતદ્વિપમાં ટળે.”
ત્યારે કુમુદ ભગતે (રામચરણ સ્વામીએ) પૂછ્યું, “ઋષિમુનિઓએ બહુ તપ કર્યાં છતાં વાસના ઉદય કેમ થઈ?”
યોગીજી મહારાજે કહ્યું, “ગઢડા મધ્ય ૭મું વચનામૃત સિદ્ધ કરે ત્યારે જ નિર્વાસનિક થાય.”
“સાધના કરીને થવાય?”
“હા, થવાય ખરું, પણ એ ઝાડવાં જેવું, એમાં કાંઈ સુખ નહીં.” સ્વામીશ્રીએ ટૂંકમાં ઉત્તર આપ્યો.
ઈશ્વરચરણ સ્વામીએ પૂછ્યું, “ઋષિમુનિઓને દેશકાળ કેમ લાગ્યા?”
ત્યારે સ્વામીશ્રી કહે, “આત્યંતિક કલ્યાણની વાત જુદી છે. તે સારું મધ્ય ૭ સિદ્ધ કરવું પડે.”

May 1961, Gondal. A topic was raised: “Base natures (swabhāvs) are eradicated either by the great Sant in this world or in Shwetdwip.”
At that time, Kumud Bhagat (Rāmcharan Swāmi) asked, “Why did such desirous thoughts sprout in the sages’ minds despite having performed many austerities?”
Yogiji Mahārāj answered, “Only if one perfects Gadhadā II-7 can one become free from desires.”
“Can one become like so through spiritual endeavors?”
Swāmishri answered succinctly, “Yes, one can but that is like trees. There is no happiness in that.”
Ishwarcharan Swāmi asked, “Why did adverse circumstances affect the sages?”
Swāmishri replied, “Ultimate liberation is completely different. One must perfect Gadhadā II-7 to achieve that.”

નિરૂપણ
નવેમ્બર, ૧૯૬૦, ઓખા. યોગીજી મહારાજ કહે, “સંતની દૃષ્ટિ પડે તો તત્કાળ સ્થિતિ થઈ જાય.” તે ઉપર વચનામૃત ગઢડા મધ્ય ૭મું વચનામૃત સમજાવ્યું. પછી પોતે જ પ્રશ્ન કર્યો, “દૃષ્ટિ પડી છે ને અનુવૃત્તિ પળાય છે, તેનું લક્ષણ શું? તો મન સોંપાઈ જાય. કહે એમ કરે, સત્પુરુષ જે જે ક્રિયા કરાવે તેમાં રંચમાત્ર સંશય ન થાય. રાત કહે તો રાત અને દિવસ કહે તો દિવસ. શંકા ન કરે. તો જીવ સોંપ્યો કહેવાય. ઠરાવ તોડે, મનગમતું મુકાવે, તોય શંકા ન થાય.”

November 1960, Okhā. Yogiji Mahārāj said, “One can attain an elevated spiritual state if the Sant looks upon one with grace.” Based on this, Swāmishri explained the meaning behind Vachanāmrut Gadhadā II-7.
Then, he asked, “What is a characteristic of one whom the Satpurush has graced and who acts according to the inner wishes [of the Satpurush]?
“He has surrendered his mind. He does as the Satpurush commands and without doubting even the slightest. Such a person can be said to have completely dedicated his jiva [to the Satpurush]. He would not doubt [the Sant], even if the Sant breaks his resolves or has him let go of what he likes.”

નિરૂપણ
તા. ૧૪મીએ (૧૪/૩/૧૯૬૩) સવારે વચનામૃત ગ. મ. ૭ ઉપર અદ્ભુત વાતો કરી, અતિશય સેવાનો અર્થ સમજાવ્યો: “પોતાથી ન બને તેવું હોય ને કરે, તે અતિશય સેવા. સગાં આવ્યાં હોય ને સંતને સ્ટેશને મૂકવા જવાના હોય તેમાં મૂંઝવણ થાય. રસ્તો ગોતીને સંતને રાજી કરવા તે અતિશય સેવા. હદ વિનાની સેવા કરવી. આકરું પડે, છતાં ન ગણતાં જોડાઈ જાય તે સેવા. ગુણાતીત સંત વિકાર ટાળે. મુક્તાનંદ, બ્રહ્માનંદને ન બતાવ્યા. ગુણાતીત પરોક્ષ થાતા જ નથી. પરોક્ષ કહેવાય જ નહીં.”

March 14, 1963. In the morning, Yogiji Mahārāj delivered an extraordinary discourse on Vachanāmrut Gadhadā II-7 and explained the meaning of sevā, “Intense sevā is doing something which is impossible to his self. If one’s relative arrives but he has to see the sadhus to the station, he would become perplexed. To find a way to please the Sant is intense sevā. Do sevā beyond your limit. It may be difficult, yet one who connects with the Sant is sevā. The Gunātit Sant can eradicate all vicious natures. [Mahārāj] did not say that Sant is Muktānand or Brahmānand. (i.e. He clandestinely referred to Gunātitānand Swami by saying ‘Motā-Purush’.) Gunātit Sant never becomes non-manifest. He cannot be called non-manifest.”
